Effective: April 1, 2026 Last Updated: April 1, 2026 B2B Platform Policy

1. About CoreOps

CoreOps ("we," "our," or "us") operates coreopsos.io, a B2B operational infrastructure platform that enables businesses to automate workflows, manage operations, and integrate business tools. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information from our platform users, clients, and website visitors.

Important: CoreOps serves businesses ("Clients") — not individual end consumers. If you are a consumer who has received a communication from a business using CoreOps infrastructure, that business is the data controller for your personal information, and their privacy policy governs your data.

2. Information We Collect

From Business Clients and Platform Users

From Website Visitors (coreopsos.io)

Data Processed on Behalf of Clients (as Data Processor)

CoreOps may process operational data that our clients provide or generate through the platform, including lead records, contact information, workflow outputs, and communication logs. CoreOps acts as a data processor for this data — our clients are the data controllers and are responsible for the lawful collection and use of their end-customer data.

3. How We Use Information

We do not use client data to train AI models, sell data to third parties, or target end consumers with marketing.

4. Client Responsibility for End-User Data

CoreOps provides automation infrastructure. Our clients are independently responsible for: obtaining lawful consent from their end customers before sending communications; complying with applicable laws (TCPA, CTIA, CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.); registering their own brand for A2P 10DLC SMS compliance with Twilio; maintaining their own consumer-facing Privacy Policy and Terms of Service; and honoring opt-out requests from their end customers. CoreOps is not responsible for how clients use the platform to communicate with their own customers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with:

6. Sub-Processors & Integrations

CoreOps integrates with and may use the following categories of sub-processors:

By using CoreOps, clients consent to data being processed by these sub-processors under appropriate data protection agreements.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, audit logging, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure. We notify affected clients of data breaches in accordance with applicable law.

8. Data Retention

Platform client data is retained for the duration of the service relationship and up to 90 days after account termination, unless a longer retention period is required by law. Clients may request earlier deletion of their data by contacting hello@coreopsos.io.

9. Your Rights

Platform clients and website visitors may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information. To exercise these rights, contact hello@coreopsos.io.

10. Cookies

Our website uses cookies for analytics and functionality. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. We do not use cookies to track or target individual end consumers of our clients.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email or platform notification. The "Last Updated" date will reflect any changes.

12. Contact

CoreOps is a B2B infrastructure platform. Client businesses are solely responsible for their own consumer communications compliance, including SMS consent collection, Twilio A2P 10DLC registration, and STOP/HELP handling.  |  Privacy Policy  |  Terms of Service
